
Jamie Spears flatly denies bugging his daughter’s bed room … probably the most explosive expenses leveled towards her former conservator.
Jamie filed a declaration, obtained by TMZ, in reference to the continued battle over alleged misdeeds dedicated throughout Britney Spears‘ 13-year conservatorship, and he mentioned flatly, “I am informed of the allegation by Britney’s counsel that a listening device or ‘bug’ was placed [in] her bedroom as surveillance during the Conservatorship. This allegation is false. I never conducted or authorized any surveillance of Britney’s bedroom at any time, including during the conservatorship.”
He went on to say he was not conscious of any such gadget that was positioned in his daughter’s bed room.
The New York Times documentary about Britney’s conservatorship featured Alex Vlasov, a former worker of Black Box Security … the corporate Jamie employed. He claimed such a tool was certainly secretly positioned in her bed room to spy … allegedly listening to personal conversations.
Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, has gone after Jamie onerous, saying he violated his consumer’s privateness and civil liberties.
Jamie and Britney every need to depose the opposite, and to date either side have been unwilling to take a seat for depositions.
