A Texas man was arrested this week after a lady discovered him bare in mattress together with her little one, after which the mother mowed him down together with her automobile. 29-year-old Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona is going through expenses of aggravated sexual assault of a kid over the incident in August 2021.
