“I do not catch colds. I have not had a chilly in at the least 15 years, whereas I used to get them 3 or 4 occasions each winter. Bad ones. Then years in the past, another healthcare supplier instructed me, ‘Don’t medicate a chilly. Let your immune system do its job with out interfering.’
I took his recommendation. It was depressing at first as a result of I took completely nothing, simply drank loads of sizzling tea with lemon. But I stopped getting sick so ceaselessly. Eventually I stopped catching colds altogether.
