“(The US) … announced today the unsealing of a Superseding Indictment charging ALEJANDRO CAO DE BENOS, a citizen of Spain, and CHRISTOPHER EMMS, a citizen of the United Kingdom, with conspiring to violate United States sanctions on the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea by working with US citizen Virgil Griffith to illegally provide cryptocurrency and blockchain technology services to the DPRK,” the discharge stated.
